A Diverse Workforce

The NGO sector employs a wide variety of staff. This diversity was reflected in the feedback of respondents to the 2007 NGOit Workforce Survey (p13.).

Often people employed in community organisations have had personal experience of the work the organisation does. The community sector is an exciting and innovative place to work.
