Managing in the Downturn/Recession

Some District Health Boards that fund community mental health and addiction providers are seeking to save money by withdrawing contracts from NGOs and not passing on cost of living payments they have received from the Government. But not so in the Northern and Midland regions they have passed on the full 3.116% future funding track. Thank you on behalf of the sector for investing in your community.
