Multiple Solutions
No community organisation is the same and all will collect and use information in ways that reflects their unique point of view. The national information collection is intended to provide some areas of common reporting however the following case studies demonstrate how three very different community organisations are using the information they collect to inform and develop their service delivery.
WALSH Trust has been a leader in the provision of community-based mental health support services in West Auckland since 1988. It is a uniquely home-grown service which is proud of its community-based origins. Case Study
