NGO PRIMHD
Platform works alongside the Ministry of Health and regional PRIMHD NGO Coordinators to support the implementation of PRIMHD for NGOs.
We are here to help identify any emerging 'hot' issues as related to PRIMHD and assist the sector to resolve them, we act as a triage point for any 'hot' issues that community agencies are concerned about, and convene, support and facilitate the implementation of actions from the NGO PRIMHD User Group.

Background to NGO PRIMHD
The PRIMHD Programme roll out into the non government sector began over two years ago. This has been the result of a long process and here is the some of the background.
PRIMHD NGO User Group
The PRIMHD NGO User Group exists to support a collaborative and coherent implementation of NGO PRIMHD as it is extended to include contracted NGO mental health and addiction providers. Find out more about this group here.
Regional Coordination
All NGOs in New Zealand will be required to report to PRIMHD and this will be addressed on a regional basis. Regional Coordinators have been contracted to support NGOs in becoming PRIMHD compliant. Find your Regional Coordinator here.
