Legal structure of Platform

The Deed of Charitable Trust was ratified at the Platform AGM which was held in Wellington on 2nd October 2007.

The legal entity of Platform Charitable Trust will come into full effect as at July 1st 2008.

Platform has lodged an application with the Charities Commission for charitable trust status.
