In 2008 the NGO Advisory Group suggested that work would need to be undertaken regionally that would assist with implementing PRIMHD compliance for NGO providers. This would need to be based on local needs and use regional leverage. The four regions have taken different approaches and are at varying stages of development and interface with NGOs.
