The continuum of service delivery is listed within the New Zealand Standards (8134.1.3 2008) Health and Disability Service (Core) Standards. The intended outcomes of the Standards within this section are that service users participate, and receive timely assessment, and are then provided with services that are planned, coordinated, and delivered in a timely and appropriate manner, and are consistent with current legislation.
