For over 30-years as a non government organization (NGO), Framework is a proven leader in delivering a cohesive approach to service delivery and wellbeing.
Framework works alongside people who use our services and their Whanau to live high quality lives. This can include getting people back into employment, connecting with their community in jobs and housing of their choice.
We start with the needs and goals of the people who use our servicers and our experience to develop realistic plans to achieve those aspirations. Framework has as its vision, “Wellbeing through Partnership”. We know that partnership is key to attaining dreams and ambitions.
Wellbeing as the cornerstone of our work is an on-going individual journey, an outcome of restoring a positive sense of self, a meaningful sense of belonging, while actively self managing. Wellbeing, rebuilding life, and actively contributing within the community.
Partnership is the fundamental relationship between people who use our services their whanau and Framework employees through mutual co-operation and responsibility, which is vital for the attainment of wellbeing.
All of our services are closely aligned with the communities in which we work. This might be with local doctors, employers, recreational or accommodation options. In knowing our communities, Framework is able to provide real support where and when it is needed.
