Pukeko Blue Ltd operate a number of residential houses in Christchurch. We were established in 2001, initially with a focus on aged care before expanding into meeting the needs of service users with mental health, intellectual and physical disabilities and dual diagnosis. Our services cover the following contracts for mental health, specialist mental health, intellectual disability, long term chronic, physical disability, and individually funded.
Pukeko Blue Ltd provides support and encourages service users to be as independent as possible by being active and contributing members of their community. We provide a safe environment to assist in their rehabilitation by helping them achieve wellness, recovery, stimulation, comfort and happiness while in our care.
We take pride in providing 24/7 residential care with a team of on-call registered and enrolled nurses to ensure the medical, mental and health needs of our service users are met, and we encourage families to engage and have a say in the care plans we provide.
We believe in a positive recovery process and support service users to manage optimal mental health and are committed to delivering consistently high standards of care for all our service users in an environment of respect, dignity, compassion and safety, and we strive to achieve the best outcomes for our service users.
