Mahitahi Trust provides a range of kaupapa Maori community-based services in both the Counties Manukau Health and Auckland District Health regions.

Mahitahi Trust provides a range of kaupapa Maori community-based services in both the Counties Manukau Health and Auckland District Health regions.  Our services are aimed at supporting people in their wellness journey and to determine their own rangatiratanga.  Most of our services are accessed via a referral or introduction from a community mental health team from either Counties Manukau Health or Auckland District Health Board. 

Our mission expresses the central purpose of Mahitahi Trust which is to assist people in their desire to regain wellness through an integrated set of services (for example, health, social, education, employment, housing) based on ngā Tikanga Māori (Māori cultural beliefs and practices).
