WISH provides a community-based residential rehabilitation service for people with mental health issues by supporting them to live the kind of life they would like to live, including active participation in the community.

Waiheke Island Supported Homes (WISH) Trust is a registered charitable trust established in 1993 to provide a residential rehabilitation and support for people with level 3 psychiatric illness.

Guided by the strengths model recovery approach, we nurture our residents in an environment of respect, trust and aroha. WISH is funded on a day-bed/occupancy basis by the Auckland District Health Board (ADHB) and the Ministry of Social Development (MSD
